TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective from: 1 January 2026
1. General These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Zoosmee online store (zoosmee.com) and to purchases made there. By using the online store, you accept these terms.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract The order is formed once you have received the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional situations, such as due to an incorrect price or an inventory error.
4. Prices and payment All prices include value added tax. We accept at least the following payment methods: major credit cards, Klarna, Shop, and Revolut Pay. We charge the payment when the order is confirmed.
5. Right of withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any specific reason. The notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to info(a)zoosmee.com (please, Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Complaints and warranty Any defects found in the products must be reported within a reasonable time. We process complaints in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
7. Limitation of liability We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to a maximum of the value of the order.
8. Applicable law These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers have the right to bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board (https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/).
