Shipping Policy

Delivery Times Most orders arrive within the EU within 3–8 business days from the date of order. We process orders on business days and usually dispatch them within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs All our products come from Europe, and we ship to all EU countries from our European warehouse, making delivery fast and efficient. By default, parcels are delivered to pickup points and parcel lockers. If the products are too large for pickup points, we use door-to-door delivery. Standard delivery is charged according to the shipping zone, starting from €4.99. However, purchases over €150 are delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Order Tracking You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Order If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us at info(a)zoosmee.shop (please replace (a) with @), and we will look into the matter for you.

Delivery Countries We deliver orders within the EU, but there may be some exceptions ( e.g. due to product brands).
