Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, so you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants; custom-made products such as special orders or personalised items; and personal care items such as cosmetics. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, unless the conditions above prevent it.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
